Position Title: Process Developer

About Us
We are a fast-growing hair care and beauty wholesale company with multiple proprietary brands and a diverse product portfolio. Our products are manufactured overseas and distributed throughout the United States. We currently manage approximately 700 products across three brands, supported by more than 500 unique formulations.
As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Process Developer to help optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and support the future growth of the business.
Position Summary
The Process Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, and improving integrated business and production systems across our global supply chain. This role will focus on enhancing manufacturing processes, reducing lead times, improving quality control, optimizing inventory management, and evaluating opportunities for domestic production.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in process improvement, industrial engineering, operations management, or supply chain optimization, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing production and operational processes.
- Develop systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality control, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
- Evaluate current manufacturing workflows in Istanbul and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead times from purchase order placement through warehouse delivery.
- Assess labor utilization, operational costs, and process efficiency throughout the organization.
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential domestic manufacturing operations in the United States.
- Assist in planning and evaluating the industrial engineering requirements of a future domestic production facility.
- Collaborate with product development, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams across multiple countries.
- Develop process documentation, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in process development, operations improvement, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory control, quality management systems, and production planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience within consumer goods, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Armenian, and Turkish is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturing partners in Türkiye and customers, distributors, and business partners in Armenian-speaking markets.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel internationally approximately once per quarter.
- Trips typically consist of 5–7 days at our manufacturing facilities in Istanbul, Türkiye, to observe production processes, evaluate operations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
