What is the minimum wholesale order?
The opening order minimum is $2,500 at wholesale cost, which is roughly two to three cases across a few lines. There is no minimum on reorders after that. If you run a single salon and need less, the Salon Program is built for you.
What kind of margin can I expect?
Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume and quoted against a published MSRP that we protect. Because you are buying from the manufacturer rather than through an importer or a national distributor, there is no layer taking a cut before you. Request the price list and you will see the tiers and the MSRP side by side.
Will I be competing with Amazon or big box stores?
No. Evoque is not sold on Amazon and is not in mass retail. We hold full MSRP on our own site and we do not undercut our stockists. This is deliberate, and it is the reason the catalog holds its margin in the professional channel.
How fast can you ship, and where from?
We ship from California out of our own production and warehouse. Because we manufacture in-house at 100,000 units per month, stock is consistent and reorders do not wait on an overseas container. Lead times and freight terms are on the price list.
Which lines sell best in a beauty supply store?
Milk Therapy, Miracle Touch, Healthy Care, Smart Keratin and Scalp Recovery move fastest. A strong opening assortment is usually two to three of those lines in full size, plus the liter backbar sizes for salon accounts. We will build the assortment with you rather than send a generic list.
Do you offer private label or contract manufacturing?
Yes. That is a separate track with its own terms and a 2,500 unit minimum per SKU. See the Private Label page.
I am outside the United States. Can I still order?
Yes, Evoque ships to more than 20 countries. International distribution runs through a separate team. See International Distributors.
